WHAT IS THE  PACKAGING  OF  AYUR METALITE?

Ayur Metalite comes in two packagings - Bottle or Box. One box or bottle contains 60 Tablets of 1000 mg each.

HOW SHOULD I TAKE THIS PRODUCT?

Supplemental Dosage: Persons whose blood work show pre-hypothyroidism or who are on borderline, can take 2 tablets daily - one after breakfast and 1 after dinner.

The normal dosage of Ayur Metalite is 3-4 tablets per day - 1 tablet after breakfast, 1-2 tablets after lunch, 1 tablet after dinner. It is the normal dosage for persons who have poor thyroid functioning.

HOW LONG CAN I TAKE AYUR METALITE?

Ayur Metalite can safely be taken for providing natural support to poor thyroid functioning for months and years together. Most persons who use Ayur Metalite will see the positive impact on their symptoms within 1-2 months and on thyroid profile blood work within 2-3 months.
